Cerveza Modelo and Wild Fork join in new partnership

In Mexico, grilling is much more than just a cooking technique; it’s a tradition that brings family and friends together. In this Mexican culinary ritual, excellence is an indispensable ingredient, which is why Cerveza Modelo and Wild Fork have created an alliance aimed at elevating the way Mexicans enjoy grilled meat.

“The main objective is to unite two premium brands that stand out for the quality of their products: meat and beer,” the statement said. Both companies added that “they seek to enrich the shopping experience of Mexicans by complementing the offer of premium elements and creating a perfect pairing option for the occasion.”

The Modelo and Wild Fork Alliance

“Modelo, the beer of now, is the catalyst for special moments, and with Wild Fork, we are redefining what it means to enjoy an authentic grilling experience in Mexico,” commented Felipe Ambra, VP of marketing at Grupo Modelo. In the 32 branches of Wild Fork, a chain specializing in the sale of premium proteins, located in Mexico City, the metropolitan area, and Puebla, consumers will find cuts of beef and a wide selection of pork, chicken, fish, and ready-to-eat dishes that can be marinated with Modelo Especial and Negra Modelo, available at the point of sale, creating a complete culinary experience for grilling enthusiasts.

“This alliance with Cerveza Modelo will position us even more strongly in the food market, not only as a store specializing in proteins but also as a destination for high-quality products, ideal for gatherings and special occasions,” said Ignacio Nart Molina, Director of Digital Transformation at Wild Fork Mexico.

For this collaboration, a series of recipes will be launched to achieve a premium grilling experience. The Modelo grilling crew and Wild Fork chefs will be creating digital content so that people can learn new ways to pair with the beers in Grupo Modelo’s portfolio.

With this union, both brands invite consumers “to enjoy a perfect grilled meat, and pairing each dish with a beer turns the ordinary into extraordinary.”
